The Law Office of LaShawnda D. Conner, LLC is owned and operated by Attorney LaShawnda Jones. LaShawnda is committed to help the families in her community protect their legacy. In her Estate practice, she guides her clients through the maze of legal and financial decisions. This planning establishes the foundation that ensures the well-being of their families and solidifies the accomplishment of their goals.  Her 16 plus years of legal expertise ensures the best service in family protection, wealth preservation, and value-based planning.

LaShawnda is a proud HBCU graduate of Lincoln University of Missouri.  She earned her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007.  While working as an Underwriter for the Federal Government, it was evident that her community needed a legal advocate. This inspired her to open a firm to become just that. In 2008, she started the Law Office of LaShawnda D. Conner, LLC, and since inception focused on providing education and legal support throughout her community.  To further her impact, she worked as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University.  Her passion for education and legal advocacy is embodied through her efforts to educate her community on the importance of family legacy and preservation.

LaShawnda commitment to her community is exemplified by her actions. She has been a member of the Missouri Bar Association since 2007 and the Georgia Bar Association since 2019. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She currently serves as the President of The Atlanta Chapter of the The1866 Alumni Association, Inc. and a Board Member of the 62nd and 65th Regiments Legacy Foundation; whose mission is to develop, manage, and award funds for scholarships to Lincoln University of Missouri Students.

When LaShawnda isn’t serving her community, she enjoys traveling, fitness and spending time with her legacy: her two children, Devlon and Amari.
